When depositing your funds through electronic payment systems, the sums are registered on the Customer’s trade account within 12 hours after the payment has been accepted at the Company’s account.

When depositing your funds via bank transfer, the sums are registered on the Customer’s trade account within 12 hours after the payment had been accepted at the Company’s account.

It takes from 5 to 7 banking days for withdrawing from the Customer’s trade account to the Customer’s bank account after the Customer’s application had been accepted.

It takes less than 12 hours for withdrawing from the Customer’s trade account to the Customer’s electronic payment system account after the Customer’s application had been accepted.

Customer’s application is considered to be processed, when it gets the status “PROCESSED”. Period of time from the moment the application has been received till it is processed does not exceed 12 hours.  

All the terms indicated here are valid during the Company working hours only. Working time is considered to be from 8.00 Monday to 19.59 Friday except for the days announced at the Company web-site in advance no later than a week before the world financial markets are closed.
