Money withdrawal through the WebMoney system
1. Enter the Personal Office.
2. Turn to My accounts -> Withdraw money.
3. Chose the WebMoney payment system.
4. Indicate your purse number (it should be the purse used for the first money transfer).
5. Chose the account number to withdraw money from.
6. Indicate the sum.
7. Enter the security code shown in the picture.
8. Press the START THE WITHDRAWAL button.
The letter with the application confirming code will be automatically sent to the e-mail, indicated in the Personal Office settings as the e-mail for financial operation notification. Use the link, indicated in the letter to confirm the application, so you will be able to enter the sum of withdrawal along with your payment requisites.
In case when the letter is not received within several minutes (maximum 120 minutes), try the attempt again to complete the application at the same page or change your e-mail for financial operation notification in the Personal Office settings. The reasons of delays in delivery or non- delivery may be caused by the mail service you use.
Important:
Make sure that your e-mail account has enough space to handle the correspondence inbox as well as not set to redirect the letters to other e-mail accounts.
From the moment the application has been sent till the letter is received at the e-mail account and the confirmation link is used, the Customer should stay in the Personal Office Window as currently authorized (the Customer must not additionally enter or exit the Personal Office Window)!
The payment is made to the Customer’s WMKeeper (WMZ electronic purse) with the protection code (valid within 5-10 days), being sent to the registered e-mail. Please, wait until the protection code is received otherwise the payment is cancelled, exposed to the -0.8% commission loss and refunded not being placed with the trade account balance.
